Consultations & Tastings
Consultations and tastings give each couple the opportunity to meet and discuss the details your dream wedding cake. You will also have the opportunity to taste our delicious cake and filling flavors (maximum of 4 guests per tasting).
We recommend booking your consultation 2-4 months before your wedding day. For your convenience, we offer both in-person or to-go consultations. Call for details.
Consultations
We offer a free consultation and follow up meeting- Wedding consultations generally last about 30 minutes.
Due to the current Covid conditions, if choosing consultation only-we can easily work with you on your cake design by phone, email, Facetime or Zoom. This option is perfect for those who's availability is either outside of business hours, want to share with more than 4 guests or who would like a contact free consultation.
Tastings
Tastings last approximately 15-30 minutes and consists of 1 dozen cupcakes, with your choice of up to 3 cupcake flavors. Custom flavors & alcohol infused cupcakes will add additional charges.
If you like to try additional flavors or treats, an additional $5.00 per requested flavor will be charged.
We offer in person and To-Go Tasting Boxes. We'll pack up a box of our cupcakes for you to take home, and then you can complete your order phone, email, FaceTime or Zoom. To-go tastings are $25 which will be credited to your order if you choose to use us.
Things to Remember

It’s super helpful to have some ideas about the desired look of your cake. If you have some images of your dream cake, feel free to bring them with you or send them ahead of time. If not, just describe your vision and we'll help you design the perfect cake.

Know your budget. Don't be afraid to let us know your budget upfront. This will ensure you get the cake of your dreams and stay within your price range.

If you are planning on having us deliver your cake, please us to make sure your venue is within our delivery area. If it is not, we would be happy to prepare your cake for pick up.

If you have color swatches you'd like us to reference, please feel free to bring it with you.

If you need to reschedule your appointment with 24 hours, we would be happy to reschedule your appointment. Please call or email to confirm new date and time. If you choose to cancel your appointment, the $15.00 tasting fee is non-refundable. For all No Shows, the $15.00 is forfeited.

After booking with Easley Done Desserts, we offer one additional complimentary tasting and consultation 6 to 8 weeks prior to your event date. At this time, you can request 2 flavors of your choosing. If you like to try additional flavors or treats, an additional $5.00 per requested flavor will be charged.
