ALL CAKE ORDERS REQUIRE 1-2 WEEK ADVANCE NOTICE & DEPOSIT. Rush charge may apply to all orders accepted within 10 days of date needed. (Weddings require at least 3/4 weeks).​

Although some exceptions may apply, Custom Cake orders CANNOT BE ACCEPTED within 10 days of date needed. Orders can be placed by phone during business hours and by email or text message. Deposits are required on all orders over $50. If you would like to be placed on our delivery schedule, delivery must be requested when placing order. All orders must be confirmed at least 1 week prior to delivery date.

ALL DESSERTS ARE MADE TO ORDER ONLY. UNFORTUNATELY, WE DO NOT HAVE PRE-MADE CAKES & DESSERTS. Our goal is to ensure that all of our customers enjoy fresh from the oven quality cakes and desserts.
Cake & Dessert Pricing
Custom cake & dessert pricing will vary based on the cake flavor, filling, serving size and design of each individual cake.
Deposit Information
There is a 35% non-refundable deposit on al orders over $50. due within given amount of time to placed on our schedule. If you need to reschedule a 72-hour notice is required as well as the new date of cake order. We cannot guarantee that the subsequent date will be available for your event. Deposits can be made, online, in person by appointment only.
Cancellation Information
Cancellation & Refund - If cancellation of your order is required after deposit has been made: Your initial deposit reserves your event date and is non-refundable. Some exceptions may apply.
After full payment has been made and within time period allotted, you will receive a refund, minus the cost of all supplies purchased, and any additional incurred expenses.
Waiver of Responsibility
If you elect to decline delivery, a Waiver of Responsibility will be required. We suggest that our customers take advantage of our delivery service for all custom cake and dessert orders. We want to make sure that your desserts arrive safely, and everyone gets to enjoy your celebration with an awesome cake.
