Cancellation & Refund - If cancellation of your order is required after deposit has been made: Your initial deposit reserves your event date and is non-refundable. Some exceptions may apply (                                )

After full payment has been made and within time period allotted, you will receive a refund, minus the cost of all supplies purchased, and any additional incurred expenses.

Delivery is available for all wedding cakes (Free delivery  in Cedar Hill) and starts at $5. Delivery should be scheduled when wedding cake order is placed or at least 3 weeks prior to delivery date. Delivery is highly is recommended for all custom cakes . Plan a way to transport your cake carefully to your venue from point of pickup if delivery is not required. A waiver of responsiblity must be signed upon cake pick up if delivery is declined.

There is a 35% non-refundable deposit due within given amount of time to placed on our schedule. Some exceptions may apply.

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule a one week advanced notice is required, as well as the new date of cake order. We cannot guarantee that the subsequent date will be available for your event. Deposits can be made online. Contact Us for more details.
